After‑Sales Service

General Squishy & Return Policy

Squishy toys are fragile items. Please complete your payment within the specified time after selection in the live stream. As squishies are handmade products, minor imperfections may occur, and returns or refunds without valid reasons are not supported. If you find that the items received do not match your order (such as wrong or missing items) or have obvious defects after signing for delivery, please contact customer service via email within 10 working days for assistance. For detailed rules, please refer to the platform’s “Return and Exchange Policy”.

To avoid after‑sales disputes, we recommend that you film an unboxing video after signing for delivery, recording the entire process from the unopened package to taking out the items. This video will serve as valid proof for after‑sales support.

Due to production limitations, slight color smudging, color bleeding, uneven coloring, tiny scratches and minor warping on squishies are considered normal and meet quality standards. Please read and agree to these terms before placing an order, and shop rationally.
